Questions sellers ask first
What's the 0.25% fee, and when do I pay it?
It's a 0.25% compliance fee that comes out of your proceeds at closing, only if your home sells. You never pay it up front.
Do I still pay the buyer's agent?
That's your call. Buyer's agent pay isn't posted on the MLS anymore, so you work it out with the buyer when an offer comes in. After you sign up, I send you a short video on how to handle it.
Who handles showings and offers?
With DIY Basic, you set up showings yourself. With DIY Plus, ShowingTime books them, and you approve each request by text, call, or email. On either DIY package, help with offers and contracts is an extra fee. With limited full service, I review every offer with you, prepare the paperwork, and negotiate inspections and repairs.
Can I upgrade to full service later?
Yes. You can upgrade to limited full service at any time, and what you paid for your DIY package counts toward the $1,500.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your listing anytime, for any reason. All purchases are nonrefundable, so canceling doesn't return your package fee.
